Conducting mass recruitment activities – in the automotive industry
Perform interviews and evaluate candidates
Attract valuable candidates by using different sourcing strategies
Personnel administration, organizes all payroll activities, supervises and helps
Deals with claims and complaints from all external and internal clients
Finds quick and appropriate solutions for issues that concern the HR department
Assumes responsibilities and makes decisions with impact on the organization
Is able to solve conflicts and manage relationships with diplomacy
Takes a proactive approach in optimizing the organizational process
Has initiative and succeeds in meeting the needs of the HR department
Reports to the plant manager and offers solutions.
Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of his clients, a well-known production unit in Campia Turzii a senior HR Specialist
Requirements:
University Degree
At least 3 years ‘experience in HR: recruitment, personnel administration, payroll activities
Knowledge of labor law
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, solid knowledge of Excel)
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
Previous experience in production units is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills,
Able to communicate efficiently with internal and external clients at all levels
