Partners with business leaders to identify competence gaps and opportunities for improvements and personal development.
Consults with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning interventions.
Designs, develops and delivers high impact programs aimed at driving revenue growth.
Acts as a learning expert after training to reinforce concepts and effective application of methodology.
Designs and develops local programs and customize corporate programs to suit the EMEA audience.
Ensures best practice approach to learning & development across all L&D initiatives.
Evaluates training solutions to assess impact of learning programs in terms of learning on the job and other possibilities
Acts as a part of the HR team and takes an active role in any internal and external activities developed by the HR department
experience in training organization & coordination area
experience in needs assesment, training plans and training costs calculation within a multinational company
experience in sustaining training sessions (as an advantage)
fluent English as mandatory and preferably German
good communication skills; good adaptability; strong sefl-confidence and excellent HR skills.
