A HSE Business Partner is an associate who has (or is given) the managerial influence to support the
deployment of the HSE Departmental Business Plan in their own area.
• Support implementation of HSE Departmental Business Plan
• Support the process for timely completion of workplace inspections.
• Ensure that all incidents and audit findings are investigated
• Where corrective actions are identified they are addressed through a departmental corrective action plan
• Promote a positive and active HSE culture
Responsibilities & Goals as Data Security Partner
The DSP supports the department for all matters concerning to Information Security and Privacy (ISP). He works towards the compliance of the ISP rules.
Contact person for ISP & AIM — inside and outside the organization
• Coordination, professional consultation and support in ISP & AIM topics
• Maintaining ISP & AIM concepts
• Monitoring ISP & AIM topics
• Providing transparency in ISP & AIM topics
• Planning, tracking and controlling ISP & AIM relevant topics
• Planning, performing and tracking ISP self-checks within the organization
• Local ISP & AIM process ownership for the organization
• Making associates aware of ISP topics, informing about risks, carrying out training or arranging training if necessary
• Monitoring the IT-Infrastructure authorizations regularly and updating or deleting as necessary
• Carrying out the ISP self-audit.
• Cooperating with ISP & AIM responsible external to the own organization
• Planning, performing and tracking ISP self checks
• Tracking audit/self check measures
• Analyzing and evaluating of security incidents
• Maintaining and optimizing ISP processes (especially the ISP concept).

Have studies (courses- SSM, PSI, master's degree) within H&S field
