What are we looking for?
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be managing large global implementations (technology services products), including customer education, setting expectations and process definition.
Also, you will travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
What will your job be about?
• Develop innovative and effective solutions to the challenges they face
• Manage the solution implementation project and ensure all steps are completed according to the plan
• Liaison with operations, sales, marketing and product management team to ensure the best experience for the customer
• Serve as customer representative ensuring that customer’s needs and requirements are communicated to all departments
• On-site implementation workshop delivery
• Collaborate closely with technical team and customer’s systems and IT team in connection with data feeds, data mapping, and new system training
• Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of implementation project
• Appropriately record project activities, accurately track and concisely report project statuses, and manage projects within the defined model
• +6-year experience in tool implementation, project management and account management
• Strong project management skills - PMP/ Prince certification is a strong plus
• Knowledge & experience in Finance & Accounting required
• Strong planning, organizational, time management skills
• Excellent presentation meeting facilitation, communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and implementations in parallel with appropriate prioritization
• Able to work well across departments and skill levels
• Ability to outline goals and outcomes, gather data, brainstorm on solutions, evaluate pros and cons
• Flexibility and willingness to travel. At times it may be extensive and at short notices
