• Product planning activities
• Record analyze and visualize manufacturing key parameters and workplaces systematically and regularly
• Support PHEK calculation and BPS strategy
• Analyze options for process / product cost reduction and standardization and initiate activities for planning and implementation of these options

• Visualize ergonomy status at CljP
• Train planners and operators on ergonomy and operating guidelines and principles
• Perform MTM and IGEL analysis
• Initiate and follow up on improvement actions and standardization systematically (STAB)
• Define key KPIs for all industrial engineering activities and ergonomy analysis and our improvements at CljP
• Define and conduct regular key KPI reporting to management
