RESPONSABILITATI

You will have the opportunity to work in financial projects with one of the biggest payment companies in the world. You will have the opportunity to work in a Scrum of Scrums environment, where leadership is required but also offered, by the senior team. The team will work sequentially on a set of Java projects from the customer’s large stack of existing projects.
What will your role be?

Your main responsibilities will be to develop software systems; you will participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements
You will solve complex technical problems that other team members may encounter, be an integral part of a Scrum team, review and enforce the quality of code written within your team, tutor junior developers
Ability to analyse existing code base and design pragmatic amendments
Contribute to Agile process

What skills are we looking for?
Mandatory:

Good knowledge and experience of Java and J2EE frameworks
Would be a plus: Spring, Spring Security, Spring WS, Spring MVC, jQuery, Richfaces, JSF/ Faceletes, Struts
DB Knowledge: Sybase; Oracle, SQL

Desirable:

Familiar with commercial applications, within the financial domain
Continuous integration, Agile Development Principles and Scrum Methodology
