Job Summary:

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects in the Public Administration field, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment and goals. You will manage IT projects, timelines budgets and resources. In order to cope with dynamic customer environments and high performance expectations, you will have to master all project management areas.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Proactively manage the responsibilities for budget, resources, project delivery, ongoing support, customer and supplier relationships
Plan activities for all projects and support services
Evaluate the results correctly
Identify, manage and resolve key risks and Change Management issues
Provide regular updates on progress to the management team and give credible overviews of the business as required
Build, manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver quality services on time and within budget

What abilities will you need?

Proven project management skills : PMP or Prince2 qualifications are a plus
Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines effectively
Ability to quickly build in-depth knowledge of new technologies and software applications

What experience do you need?

At least 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity preferably in IT
Experience managing large scale projects with budgets greater than 1 million Euros
Experience in handling projects financed with European funds
Experience managing suppliers and working with the Solution Architect
