As an IT Recruiter you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, selecting, and recruiting high quality candidates for positions at all levels within a multi-site organisation. You will have the opportunity to ensure accurate and effective execution of all phases of the staffing process by providing responsive, high-quality, professional services and support for Hiring Managers, candidates and new hires.
What will your responsibilities look like?
Provide full life cycle recruitment: interfacing with Hiring Managers, creating and reviewing position requirements, job specifications and compensation guidelines, developing competitive job offers, sourcing/prescreening a diverse range of applicants, tracking candidates in the tracking system and checking references, interviewing, networking, assessing
Post available positions
Coordinate candidate sourcing by using all available recruiting tools including social media, job sites, employee referrals and head hunting agencies
Identify innovative recruiting ideas and tools as well as industry best practices to enhance overall recruiting performance
Ensure a diverse candidate pool
Create and manage key recruiting metrics
Conduct online and face-to-face interviews
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Schedule interviews with technical departments by coordinating schedules
Maintain relationships with Universities
What abilities will you need?
Experience in working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in working with HR applicant tracking systems
Ability to provide staffing strategies
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes

Proven ability to develop business relationships and networks internally and externally
Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
Strong organisational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain a high-volume workload
Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities/projects
Strong analytical problem solving skills
What experience do you need?
A minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience in a well-organised business environment
Recruitment experience for technical positions, IT professionals in particular is a must
A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology represents a significant advantage
