We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience with different recruitment processes, able to explore different recruitment sources, having the talent of finding the right position for every candidate. Responsibilities:
Understanding recruiting demands and skill profiles within area of responsibility;
Being responsible for large recruiting pipeline with tight deadlines;
Finding new ways of advertising open positions to attract potential candidates;
Screening application and selecting candidates according to specifications;
Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities;
Updating and using diverse recruiting databases and tools;
University Degree - preferably Social Sciences or Economic field;
1-3 years of recruitment experience (in the IT field is a big advantage);
Good understanding of recruiting processes and domain specific profiles;
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English (German is considered an advantage);
Analytic, problem solving, planning and organizing skills;
Open-minded and trustful.
