IT TRANSITION MANAGER
Description :
- Main responsibility is to support the various process transitions end to end from the client environment to – and act a single point of contact for the IT area
- Work closely together with the business leaders to understand their needs and suggest different solutions
- Document implemented systems and processes
- Plan and lead IT improvement projects during the process transition
- Follow up the problem resolution and if necessary intervene until it gets resolved
- Keep contacts with vendors and service providers
- Deploy monitoring tools to ensure proactive prevention against system failures
- Work on standardization together with the customer in a heterogeneous environment
Requirements :
- Technical University or University of Economics / Business with IT minor and certifications
- Experience in supporting ERP applications and / or IT Infrastructure elements
- Excellent English Skills
- Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX, Call flow, ACD)
- Understanding of different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS)
- Knowledge of MS Windows based system architecture (Windows, Office, etc.)
