Position Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as Java Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
•First point of contact for the customer about project progress – potential issues resolution;
•Reporting towards the customer and management about project progress;
•Daily operational management of the team;
•Coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training of team members.
Experience & Qualifications:
Required:
•Degree in Computer Science or IT related degree (or equivalent);
•Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as developer with the following technologies:
◦More than 2 years professional experience with Java and JavaEE;
◦Knowledge of Java, Web and database technologies, including JMS, JDBC, EJB, JSF;
◦JavaScript;
◦HTML;
◦CSS;
◦SQL.
•Exposure to Agile Scrum methodology;
•Good English skills;
•Good leadership – management skills.
Nice to have:
•Knowledge of Freemarker;
•Knowledge of MVC;
•Previous experience as Development Team Lead at least 1 year.
