JOB PROFILE in a nutshell:
Imprezzio Global is seeking for a full-time Lead System Administrator for a long-term collaboration.
You will be responsible of effective provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance and security of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. You will also participate in technical research projects that will enable us to continue innovating.
You will be the Lead System Administrator of our Romanian offices (Cluj-Napoca and Oradea) and coordinate present and future team members. You will work closely with our global team.
Your RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
• Install, configure and support the organization's LAN, WAN and Internet system or any segment the globally distributed network/server system
• Monitor, recommend and implement changes to the network and servers to ensure availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network and server availability
• Research, develop and recommend changes to the infrastructure maintenance and system standards
• Develop, maintain and implement operational configuration or other procedures
• Monitor and implement agreed budgets on IT components (hardware and software)
• Work closely with the global team in implementing a standardized IT policy that follows all applicable regulations (ISO’s, IT audits, etc.)
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization
To join us, you must meet the following REQUIREMENTS:
• Plus 5 years in a similar position
• In depth knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Clustering and Load Balancing
• Intimate knowledge of Windows 7 and 8.1
• Working knowledge of Active Directory access controls including ACL, folder rights, groups and SSO methods
• Previous experience with Hyper-V or another virtualization hypervisor (VMWare, Xen)
• Configure and manage IIS and SQL Server
• Understanding of IPv4/IPv6 protocols and routing methods
• Policy-based firewall management (FortiGate is preferred)
• Working experience with computer and network security audits, vulnerability scanning, system updates and patching
• Previous experience in mentoring or team management is considered a plus
• Excellent English skills
