Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working on LIMS configuration to meet end user requirements for LIMS users.
Implementation and integration of LIMS solution into different laboratory environment.
Simulation of LIMS and work with Validation and Quality Assurance to ensure LIMS quality control.
Administration of LIMS solution, including adding, modifying, and removing users from the LIMS.
Responsibility for LIMS documentation, including, converting User Requirement Specifications to a Detail Design Specification, writing configuration Test Plans and summary reports.
Prove strong industry expertise and apply it to LIMS configuration activities.
Process LIMS change control requests.
Prepare and deliver training for end-users.
Provide end-user support for the LIMS including troubleshooting problems.
Grasp technical issues related to the application with minimum support.
Grasp technical issues related to the application with minimum support.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or Bachelor of Science in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Applied Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
Fluency in English. In addition, knowledge of other foreign languages it’s an advantage.
Experience or background with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or LIS (Laboratory Information System) solutions is considered an advantage.
Background or experience in laboratory related activities, R&D, technical service and customer service is considered a plus.
Knowledge of industry (life-science, chemistry, pharma) specific regulations and standards is considered a plus.
Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and similar programs.
“Can do” attitude.
Outstanding problem-solver and analytical skills.
Attention to details and sense of responsibility.
Ability to work in a team but can work independently too.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
