• Product relocation management and ramp-up coordination
o Relocation of new products to Cluj plant
o Coordination within department to ensure smooth ramp-up
o Coordination with other departments to ensure capacity and timely implementation
o Setup of new parts in SAP
o Engineering change management within department (phase-in and phase-out)
o To ensure end of life production and delivery after end of series at BOSCH customers with Automotive Aftermarket
o To execute product terminations
o Coordination with manufacturing
o Backup activities for procurement of packaging materials
• Coordinate and execute sample production and scrappings
• SAP KeyUser for:
o Production Planning
o Procurement
o Reporting
• Project management in the areas:
o Cost reduction
o Stabilization of ramp-ups and relocations
o Value Stream design
• Broad knowledge in production planning
• Basic knowledge of lean logistics / lean production
• Work experience in production environment, preferably automotive
• Soft skills:
o Communication and team-orientation
o Negotiation management
o Reliable and structures working attitude
• Language skills:
o Romanian: Very good
o English: Very good
o German: Good
• MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• SAP R/3 (APO, PP, MM)
