Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of its client, one of the most notorious dairy producers in Romania, a Maintenance Manager for their production unit in Cluj Napoca.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
- More than three years of proven experience in maintenance
- Experience in leading a technical team
- Experience in production environment and requirements
- Proactive attitude
- People oriented person
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in English
- Motivated to work in a challenging environment, experience of working in a high-pressure environment and tight deadlines
- Computer knowledge with MS office applications
- Organize, coordinate and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery and equipment
- Ensure that the production runs continuously in an optimal way
- Determine the optimal mix between personnel and third party work
- Coordinate, monitor and adjust the maintenance work
- Ensure that the implementation of the work follows the contractual agreements
- Ensure a proper monitoring of the billing
- Support the engineering department at startup and implementation of new investment projects
- Develop and maintain contracts with suppliers of machinery and technical equipment
- Select, supervise, develop and evaluate the technical department
- Responsible for all department related audits
- Achieve the annual targets and objectives
- Keep a KPI system to monitor the effectiveness of the technical department
