Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position:
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Location - Cluj
The company is a multinational industry leader, specialized in production.
Responsibilities:
• Leads Continuous Improvement activities in all of the plant’s processes through the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles;
• Coordinates the development of the TPM phase plans, tracks progress against the plan and leads issue resolution;
• Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance;
• Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs;
• Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance etc.;
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Supervises plant maintenance personnel and coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments;
• Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems;
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary;
• Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment;
• Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance;
• Implements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness;
• Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions;
• Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures;
• Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment;
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems;
• Plans, administers, and controls budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies;
• Monitors the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained;
• Oversees the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems;
• Oversees construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations;
• Participates in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering;
• Direct experience in maintenance programs in industrial field;
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in related industries;
• Managerial backgroung 2-5 years;
• Project Management capabilities;
• Total Productive Maintainance experience;
• English language – advanced level;
• Italian language – advantage;
• Very good knowledge in ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
