Our Marketing team is looking for a hard-working and passionate marketing professional, with a proactive mindset. Your role will be to provide marketing support to one of the company’s business units. You will drive lead generation activities, create sales and marketing materials, and work alongside the Business Development team to execute go-to-market strategies. You should have a good understanding of digital marketing, an excellent command of written and spoken English, and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
What will your responsibilities look like?
Develop and maintain the unit’s sales kit (presentations, case studies, brochures etc.)
Generate content for digital channels (website, blogs, social media etc.) and monitor the results of digital actions
Coordinate and conduct lead generation activities, including:
Digital and content marketing: newsletters, whitepapers, videos etc.
Direct marketing: emailing, cold calling
Events: own and sponsored
Conduct market research (competition, target clients, market trends etc.) and prepare reports that can serve as basis for business decisions
Manage branding related activities for products and solutions (naming, trademark)
Identify, select and manage suppliers (designers, event organisers etc.)
Prepare/hold live demos and presentations at events or on client premises
Required technical skills/abilities:
Must have:
Related B2B marketing experience
Project Management skills
Solid content writing skills (in English)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English
Nice to have:
Experience in a similar position in the IT sector
Knowledge of CRM, CMS, Collaboration and Project Management tools
German language knowledge

Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Planning, budgeting, prioritisation and time management
Presentation (live presentations, face-to-face meetings)

What experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication is preferred
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
