Performs the Recruitment Process for the following position:
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Location – Cluj-Napoca

Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; Communicating with internal and external clients; Working directly with clients to resolve issues;
Scanning, coping and achieving the documents;
Making hotel, plane/train reservations;
Maintaining responsibility for inventory accuracy and inventory costs being properly reflected in financial statements;
Checking expenses reports from CAT, RTR, MGA – send back if there are modifications to be made;
Preparing and monitoring budget by gathering and organizing financial information;
Organizing the sales engineers expenses reports in the general report;
Making annual reports;
Placing orders in the system(Microsoft Dynamics); Maintaining facilities by planning space allocations; Dealing with all mistakes, issues, wrong deliveries, invoices;
Providing support in the inquiry process;
