• You will deliver recruitment projects according to the client’s openings (mostly technical specialists roles);
• You will be responsible to create a target list of companies form where you’ll attract directly suitable candidates;
• Sourcing & screening the right candidates - you have to be creative, as the recrutiment process is based on direct search and talent acquisition ;
• Identify, check and measure competences of candidates using known techniques of recruitment: depth interview, tests and build evaluation reports;
• Knowledge of computer systems/programs - MS Office
• References – required
