RESPONSABILITATI

As an Operational Buyer within our Finance department, you will have a key role in the successful execution of the operational procurement process that is necessary for the daily activities in iQuest.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Execute the procurement process between the supplier and internal customers (make sure that the procurement process is executed until the final approval and registration of the procurement)
Support the Financial, Facility and Administration departments in the procurement process
Maintain and update the procurement flows according to the company needs
Prepare and report all necessary documents for the procurement process
Consult with the Legal department to ensure that all documents comply with the national legislation
Maintain records and compile statistical reports in EBS concerning job-related topics

What abilities will you need?

Basic accounting and financial legislation knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Do you also have these qualities?

Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
Attention to detail
Ability to organise and prioritise your workload
What experience do you need?

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (Accounts Payable, Procurement Specialist/Buyer)
