RESPONSABILITATI:
• Creeaza si editeaza programele CNC pentru obtinerea informatiilor optime;
• Pregateste piesele ce urmeaza a fi prelucrate in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si planul de prelucrare;
• Inspectia sculelor aschietoare pentru mentinerea calitatii si duratei de viata;
• Gestioneaza si informeaza supervizorul direct despre starea stocului de scule si consumabile necesare functionarii masinii CNC;
• Verifica metrologic produsele dupa prelucrare;
• Raporteaza problemele aparute in timpul productiei catre supervizorul direct;
• Realizeaza intretinerea si curatenia zilnica a echipamentelor folosite;
• Respecta procedurile si prevederile Sistemului de Management al Calitatii;
• Colaboreaza cu inginerul de productie la imbunatatirea procesului de productie.
• Cunostinte operare masini cu comanda numerica;
• Cunostinte desen tehnic si tolerante dimensionale;
• Experienta si cunostinte de prelucrari prin aschiere;
• Cunostinte despre scule, diapozitive si verificatoare;
• Cunostinte de SDV, capabil sa faca masuratori cu instrumente de metrologie;
• Operare PC – nivel mediu;
• Abilitati de comunicare si relationare in echipa.
