RESPONSABILITATI

- Scheduling new employees' induction;
- Scheduling speakers and materials for the employees' induction, invite attendees;
- Prepare the materials if needed;
- Co-ordinating operators' induction daily, parallel;
- Give for filling in the questionnaires with personal data of the operators;
- Introducing and presenting some parts of the induction;
- Supporting all the induction related issues: assistance, administration, reporting if needed.


CERINTE

Our client is a multinational company, acting in the telecommunication field, looking for an Organizer Assistant (HR induction process) for his production facility.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Experience in organizing events (weddings, parties etc.);
- Advanced knowledge of English Language;
- Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, web based applications);
- Quality and details orientation;
- Good communication skills..
