• Develops, executes and manages Bosch employer brand strategy including: careers website ongoing content, events for recruitment campaigns, social media, recruitment collateral, events marketing and communication templates
• Consults with all levels of the company to provide subject matter expertise, identify opportunities, lead the effective implementation and use of Personnel Marketing strategy
• Understand and align our unique position & value proposition in the marketplace through targeted content, while ensuring alignment with Bosch global employer brand messaging
• Work on various personnel marketing projects and programs to strengthen our talent acquisition capabilities, including the support our overall needs across recruiting operations
• Develops business action concepts to define need and influence acceptance/adoption of marketing and social media strategies and initiatives
• Measures the effectiveness of existing and newly implemented personnel marketing actions, quickly tweaking or recalibrating to ensure strong results
• Degree in Marketing and 2+ equivalent experience in marketing, communications, human resources or related fields
• Good knowledge of employer branding and communication and very good networking skills
• Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as verbal communication, interpersonal organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, delegate projects, and manage multiple projects at once
• Be expert in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken - other language skills are a plus
