JOB PURPOSE
To support the business strategy implementation by:
- Developing the Client bakery standards on par baked, frozen products, New Product Development procedures and implementation, leading the projects for the continuous improvement and optimization for the production processes( product and utilities losses), according to the company Processes and Quality Standards and general norms from food industry;
- Supporting the QA Manager in developing and implementing the product complaint procedure;
- Performing, together with Production and QA managers the new products development and implementation;
- Identifying, together with Production and QA Managers, areas of opportunities concerning all trade quality aspects and ensuring that action plans are in place in order to close the gaps;
- Developing and managing the basic and product knowledge induction program for sales force, distribution and marketing respectively for customers;
- Providing the technical support on sales / marketing projects (new products development)
To provide support on quality improvement projects, i.e. different flour quality utilization, flavor stability, freezing processes influence to the product quality and stability
Perform audits / capability studies for the production lines, as required
Evaluate and monitor trends from the regional complaints reports
Investigate the complaints root causes , based on trends, and provide timely and appropriate feed-back
• University degree ( food industry technolgy), specialized in baking industry
Post-graduate studies, specialization master
• Good English knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the baking industry or quality field
• Good knowledge regarding baking industry production and processes
• Good knowledge on quality management system.
• Project management is an advantage.
• Excellent communciation and presentation abilities
• Teamwork ability
• Motivation to drive improvements, synthesis capability
• Ability to train people
• Good self management.
