- Main contact person regarding product data requirements (format, exchange etc.) for external customers
- Formal clearance of the received product data with respect to completeness, clarity, compatibility and formal correctness
- Assignment of Bosch part-numbers according to the BOSCH standards to all new components from the customer BOM
- Generate BOMs in SAP based on customer data and the BOM structure of the designated production plant
- Uploading of customer data into AE-PDM system and notification of the project team once data is available
- Representing the PDM-team within the PCN/PTN (Product Change Notification/Product Termination Notification) expert team
- Implementation of BOM changes according to the applied change management process
- Basic SAP experience
- Advanced experience with Excel
- Basic understanding of the manufacturing and product requirements with respect to data management
- Team-player with open personality who is able to make decisions and stands up for them
- Accurate, structured and precise way of working
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Efficient time management
- Pro-actively looking for improvement and/or optimization possibilities
- Enjoying direct customer contact
- Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis
