RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for smart, proactive and well organized people who want to take part in the improvement and creation of several processes. You will be involved in developing and maintaining the management dashboard and take part in analyzing dependencies between projects while bringing improvements to areas of concern.
Requirements
Preparing and maintaining various reports (including developing, implementing and managing reporting cycle calendars, gathering and challenging the quality of the data)
Tracking and maintaining information accuracy (including implementing guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data)
Tracking action plans
Acting as first escalation point for issues and inquiries
Facilitating meetings
Developing and maintaining management dashboards
Establishing and operating mechanisms and tools to track programme or project delivery against plans
Tracking and maintaining dependencies
Providing programme accountancy assistance
Analyzing forecast varianceIdentifying, reporting and managing deviations/risks/issues
Examining gateway review process and identifying improvement plans
Consulting in/or set up governance structure and management controls for new programmes and projects
Helping in development and maintenance of communication, escalation plans at programme and portfolio level
Analyzing dependencies between projects and recommending appropriate actions where there are areas of concern
Assisting in creation, implementation and maintenance of benefits management (including mapping, identifying gaps, overlaps, conflicts and eliminating double counting of benefits; provide assurance on the effectiveness of benefits management; review and improve effectiveness of process)
Assisting in creation, implementation and maintenance of programme and project prioritization model
