Responsible for tracking of the current state aid project until the end of monitoring time with all the needed informations, documentations and reporting figures towards authorities
Tracking of all needed key figures from the state aid application like, Turnover, investments, headcount and reporting of this figures to the authorities
Checking of all needed documentation based on expected requirements to ordering process, asset classes/positions, payment conditions, delivery issues etc.
Keeping contact with the authorities (MoF) for networking
Providing all needed ad hoc requirements of the authorities and coordonation to plant dept., central dept. or consultancy companies
Collecting all the the needed technical information, to ensure the technical background of documentation
Keeping monthly reviews for the management to inform them about the status quo
Responsible for all the new potential state aid application
Investigation of the opportunities for new state aid applications in the law
Collecting all the relevant information and documentation for a new application (for investments or hiring of personal)
To manage the whole new application project from the start to the end
Negotiation with the authorities and all the parties about conditions and requirements
Preparation of a full package for the new appliation
Further project activities
Involvement in further commercial or technical projects
Support function in running projects for the technical or commercial departments
Overtaking plant related projects (inter-department)
