• Clarification of project & customer requirements and measureable targets (schedule, budget, project team, product cost & quality targets, review board)
• Getting the project contract approved, organizing and moderating project kick-off
• Structuring the project (work breakdown structure, budget and target breakdown, RASIC, task dependencies, interfaces, project communication & meetings)
• Analyzing the project risks and defining an adequate risk management
• Applying for budget approval (investment calculation / approval request / IIIa form)
• Managing the identified risks and changes with adequate tools and escalating actively and in-time

• Regular reporting to review board and CljP project reviews
• Organizing final project evaluation, project audit, lessons learned, documentation, final review
• Handing over the complete documentation to the plant organization
