Job Description
We are searching for a Proposal Development Associate who will be responsible to
• understand the content and value proposition of our Accenture offerings and capabilities to a certain extend.
• know and understand the wider digital offerings and our vision regarding end-to-end solutions.
• Based on this knowledge and understanding of the client situation they are able to generate tailored presentations for CALs or clients for stage 0 opportunities.
• They are able to do this without or only very limited additional expert support from outside the Proposal Center.
• For stage 1, 2, 3 proposals the specific content needs to come from the project team. (Solution architect, sales support, capability lead, delivery). In these cases, the Proposal Center supports regarding final shape, flow and layout of the offering presentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, Engineering is considered an advantage.
• Experience with application programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point experience), etc.
• Good design skills. technical affinity
• Understanding of information design, information architecture, training material development, management, user interfaces and business analysis.
• Good communication skills
• The Proposal Development Associate will be considered an expert in English language and grammar, German, Romanian, Hungarian is considered an advantage.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
