Develop of quality concepts for new developments and changes of products and for the existing production
Drive NPI (new Product introduction) activities from quality point of view
Preventive high-quality work in the product development process (Quality Gates).
Identifies opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and deliver improved product quality.
Provide technical and quality engineering input within operations and quality.
Co-ordinate and prepare initial sample submission packages (PPAP) to customers
APQP Core Tool Knowledge (Control Plans; PFMEA; Process Flow; PPAP; Gage Control & MSA)
Lead and participate in internal Process and Product Release
Experienced in problem solving, root-cause analyse, Kaizen, Ishikawa, Fishbone, 5 Why, 8D methodology, etc.
Responsible for ensuring the Quality of product and process during the relocation process
Planning and follow up activities related Requalification and Product Validation Tests
Degree in technical study, such as mechatronics, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, electrical engineering, material engineering, physics or similar
Preferably experience as quality engineer ideally within automotive area.
Knowledge of quality methods, e.g. 8D, Kepner-Tregoe, 5 Why, FMEA etc. and of technical statistics, process and machine capability
IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP R/3
Language skills
English: good
Beneficial are additional skills in German, Hungarian or French
Ability to work in a team and to communicate
