For EMERSON's EGS-Appleton Division in the Cluj-Napoca Manufacturing Campus we are currently looking for results driven QUALITY MANAGER.
- Coordinate the quality assurance & control activities inside the EGS - Appleton manufacturing plant;
- Implement the quality procedures and standards according to law and company regulations;
- Coordinate the inspection process for received components as well as the control process for finished goods;
- Find and implement solutions to non-conformities found in the production process;
- Check if the implemented solutions and preventive actions taken are efficient;
- Conduct internal quality audits as well as audits to suppliers;
- Get involved in new suppliers homologation;
- Continuously improve the quality procedures and production process;
- Draw-up periodical quality reports.
- Technical university degree;
- 5+ years experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance ;
- Previous experience as a Quality Manager is an advantage;
- Previous experience in a electrical manufacturing plant is a major advantage;
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management System;
- Very good people management skills;
- Good knowledge of French (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of English;
- PC skills: Ms Office, ERP, Internet, E-mailers.
