• Ensure the smooth functioning of the Quality Compliance function
• Assist in driving incremental improvements
• Facilitate and identify potential areas for improvement and actively participate in improvement initiatives
• Manage new process migrations and business development initiatives
• Lead improvement Projects using the DMAIC and other lean six sigma methodologies like DFSS etc.
• To prepare and deliver timely and according to standard requirements the periodic reports
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Power Point, Word Doc, Outlook
• Lean Six Sigma Training / Certification
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, COPC) preferable
• Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements, domain, etc
• Demonstrates an intellectually agile and analytical approach and thought process
• Ability to win talent war through effective people management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fosters a spirit of collaboration and team work
• Project management skills and ability to lead in a continually challenging environment
