Adecco Permanent Placement is hiring a Quality Senior Supervisor for its customer, a Belgium’s market leader in the fresh bread and pastry segment. Every day, more than 1,500 supermarkets are supplied ‘just-in-time’ via five regional fresh-bread bakeries.
Responsabilities of the job:
1. PRODUCTIVITY
• Standardised laboratory equipment for accurate results ensured.
• Investments in laboratory equipment recommended.
• Standard calibration procedures and maintenance procedures for laboratory equipment performed to suppliers recommendations.
• Checking in due time, from metrological point of view following the Romanian legislation.
2. QUALITY
• High quality products ensured, according to the Group standards and Romanian legislation
• To standard methodology and aligned to the requirements in the Group.
• Ensuring the quality parameters of frozen bakery products inquality standards..
• Implementation and coordination of integrated quality assurance system.
• Obtaining and maintaining permits for the functioning of frozen bakery products plant.
• Ensure quality reception of raw materials and materials according to applicable laws and specifications.
• Planning and conducting internal audits
• Analysing, investigating and coordinating the resolution of quality incidents
3. FOOD SAFETY
• Product safety system requirements implemented, maintained and improved in accordance with HACCP requirements.
• Effectively implementation of HACCP
• Is responsible for analysis of raw materials and finished product in view of to ensure product safety.

4. ENVIRONMENT
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with environmental agencies.
• Reporting on time to superiors of any pollution problems.
• Recommends corrective action to management.
• Implementation of agreed on corrective actions .
5. HEALTHY, SAFETY and FIRE.
• It is ensured the conformity with the rules regarding to safety, health, fire protection to the workplace
• Is responsible with the administration and using hazardous chemicals under the laws in effect
Requirements with regards to soft skills, hard skills and educational background:
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Technical degree
• Computer operation skills
• English language skills (written and spoken)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• At least 3 years relevant experience
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
