Our job opportunity is a chance to apply your knowledge in real estate legal aspects within a company activating on the local market in renewable energy sector.
As an IN-HOUSE LEGAL ADVISER/LAWYER, you will be mainly responsible for:
Activities connected with real estate matters, private and public owned properties, public auctions included;
Obtaining the relevant permits from the specialised authorities in the field of electricity, energy or governmental companies;
Drafting contracts and support in the negotiations and signing of the Share Purchase Agreements;
Real estate review of the ownership title and other property rights of the land plots where the Project is constructed, concession / superficies agreements;
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
Law school graduate;
Experience in real estate matters in mandatory, experience in renewable energy field would be an advantage;
Strong drafting skills and the ability to interpret important documents;
Verbal/written communication skills, negotiation acumen.
