Job Profile
- Implements the sales strategy for the allocated counties in accordance with the company’s principles and policies;
- Identifies and monitors potential customers, trends, and sales opportunities;
- Periodically prepares and presents market analyses;
- Develops and maintains the relationship with customers;
- Manages customer requirements, makes quotations, negotiates contract terms, solves customer problems, offers after-sales support services and works closely with internal departments;
- Achieves sales targets;
- Submits activity and progress reports on achieved targets on a daily / weekly / monthly basis or whenever requested;
- Analyses the results and market recommendations;
- Makes proposals for portfolio development and new product structure in response to customer needs;
- Prepares annual business plan and quarterly forecasts;
- Assists in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve sales objectives;
- Participates in marketing activities, trade shows, technical presentations, workshops, conferences, etc;
Candidate Profile
• Degree in the field of engineering is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales;
• Minimum experience in technical production field (production technology, design and CNC programming knowledge)
• Proactive and client oriented;
• Result and solution oriented;
• Flexible, persuasive, competitive;
• Entrepreneurial spirit;
• Very good communication skills;
• Fluency in English
• Clean driving license
• Available for extensive travelling;

responsible for developing the customer portfolio in Romania.

Our activity includes the installation, start up of the machines and also the training of the CNC operators.
