General conditions
•Position based in Budapest, home office Romania (approx. 1day/week in Budapest)
•Extensive travelling (40% Hungary, 60% Romania)
•3-4 months induction in Budapest
•Reporting to Managing Director Central Europe (Hungarian)
•Matrix organization to Head of Business Team and Sales Director (Munich)
•Interface to other Sales Managers (in total 15 within this region) as well as to R&D
•Internal + external trainings possible
Responsibilities
•Care for existing customers (e.g. Henkel, Knauf)
•Acquisition of new customers especially at coatings and construction industry, focus on building up both markets (HU+ROM)
•Conducting road shows, negotiations, fairs
•Supporting development of products according to companies strategy
•Initiation new areas of applications for existing products –together with client team
•Good knowledge of Hungarian and Romanian specific market
•Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and Romanian language
•Experience in construction, coatings, adhesives industry
•Academic degree in economics, engineering or natural science
•Affinity to chemistry industry (focus on polymers)
•Good knowledge of German or English language
•Several years of B&B sales experience in chemical industry or technical sales
•IT knowledge
