To further expand our business in Romania we are looking for a dynamic and internationally experienced
Sales Representative Romania (m/f/x)
Your main tasks:
- Drive active sales development in the given regions of Romania
- Provide technical (e.g., on the construction site) and commercial support to our Zehnder customers
- Prepare offers and project calculations
- Visit potential and existing customers (main target groups: distributors, dealers, installers, construction companies, architects, planning offices, developers, bathroom showrooms, designers and other groups of influencers) to develop and strengthen our sales network
- Conceptualize, coordinate, communicate and execute trainings, product presentations and seminars on a regular basis
- Attend/participate at fairs
- Prepare regular market and competitor reports and derive suitable measures from the results
- Design, organize and execute marketing activities
Your qualifications:
- Ideally Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably - but not necessarily – in the area of Construction Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable degree which requires good technical understanding
- Good technical skills, preferably in combination with some initial familiarity with the HVAC sector
- Several years of relevant sales and management experience are an advantage
- High market and customer knowledge in the construction sector
- Experienced user of MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel) and ERP (C4C or others)
- Proficiency in Romanian and Hungarian as well as intermediate English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel, strong time management skills and capability to work independently
- Ambitions to grow and lead a team of regional sales representatives in the future
