The tasks of the SAP Key User are related to operative and technical issues:
- SAP Key User for
* Goods receipt
* Warehousing
* ALPE Scan
- System administration and support
* LEVI (management of packaging and returnables)
* CMS (replacement of LEVI)
* PuW (parcel tracking software)
* NOBEL (backup IT Tool for SAP application)
- Support activities for IT equipment management
* PCs, Laptops, ThinClients, …
- Training of new users for SAP areas and LEVI / CMS
- Process support for external logistics service providers
- Participation in BOSCH network for SAP projects and version changes
- Cooperation with IT department and SAP
- Ensure the constant and reliable process of goods receipt and delivery of raw material into production
- Reporting from SAP
* In SAP Production systems
* In SAP Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence
- Excellent knowledge in SAP modules (MM, FF)
- Broad knowledge about physical logistics (goods receipt, packing, picking, commissioning)
- MS-Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Soft skills:
* Working under time pressure
* In case of urgency ability to work during weekends
* Customer orientation
* Reliability and structured working attitude
- Language skills:
* Romanian: Very good
* English: Very good
* German: Preferred
