SAP Key User for:
- Sales and Distribution, dispatch of finished goods
- Warehouse operations, inbounds, traceability, WMS, picking, put-away, transfers to production
- Returnable packaging managemet
- Outsourced processes at logistics service provider
- Reporting, i.e. Intrastat and Customs, Stock movements, expiration dates
- Responsible for the authorization concept in the department
- IT partner and Data Security Partner
- Support and administration of other IT tools:
o Traceability tool (MES)
o Dispatch control system (VKS)
o Backup IT database (NOBEL)
o Wireless warehouse technology (AlpeScan)
Support activities in order to ensure timely and accurate raw materials inbound and deliveries to our customers
- Good knowledge in SAP R/3 (MM, SD)
- Good knowledge about physical logistics, inbound process, outbound process, WMS
- MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
