Be a key contributor during sprint planning for system design and requirements clarification
• Support the team in understanding project dependencies and constraints
• Help contribute to quality by producing robust unit tests and working closely with testers
• Need a range of technical capability across the Microsoft stack
• Have substantial personal responsibility and autonomy
• Plan your own work to meet given objectives and processes
• Have to influence team, and specialist peers internally. You will have to influence customers at account level and suppliers
• Your decisions will influence the success of projects and team objectives

Skill set (required)
• Good knowledge of .Net/ ASP.NET 4.0 / C# development
• WCF experience
• Windows Forms experience
• Good experience with SCRUM development methodology
• Good SQL knowledge and experience with advanced database development – database design, stored procedures, query optimization, indexing techniques
• Ability to commit to projects
• Proactive, fast learner, motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player
• Good English language command
