You will have the opportunity to work in different financial projects for the biggest companies in the world. You will have the opportunity to work in a Scrum environment, where leadership is required but also offered, by the senior team.
You will
• Gather, document and analyse requirements for a project; this might include travelling to customer site (mostly Romania or UK)
• Design of the solution including: functional specification(use cases, interfaces, workflows)
• Recommend solutions that enable the organization and business owners to achieve its goals
• Bring business interests inside the delivery teams and ensure requirements are implemented as expected
• 3+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, working with customers and development teams
• Very good analytical and synthesis skills, organized & detail oriented
• Experience in working directly with customers and development teams
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Proficient in English - conversational/business/technical
You could have
• Knowledge of analysis & design tools & techniques (such as UML & Enterprise Architect, but not limited to those)
• Past experience in developing applications in business domains such as insurance, financial sector, banking
