Working in recruitment processes with strict dead-lines
Performing database mining and searching according to specifications
Preparing and placing external job advertisements and internal job postings
Reviewing applications and related documents, as assigned, to determine individual qualifications
CVs screening and HR interviewing
Permanently identifying new sources of potential candidates
Maintaining up to date the candidates’ database
Undertake administrative duties related with recruitment process
Mandatory skills:
Previous recruiting experience (minimum 2 years)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Smart, adaptable, open, thoughtful and trusted
Very good communication and presentation skills
Competency in customer services and business orientation
Planning and organizing skills
Desirable skills:
Experience of recruiting for managed services roles
Experience with database mining and searching
