The Electric Power Steering team develops embedded software for the latest generation steering systems used in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, enhancing steering comfort and driving safety through a flexible system. The engineers work in customer projects and are involved in the full product development cycle using state of the art technologies and complying with the latest standards from the automotive industry.

Your contribution to something big
• SW Project Management for software technical topics within electric power steering projects (time, budget, quality)
• Main costumer interface for all project related SW issues (discuss and negotiate project content, monitoring and reporting)
• Time planning according to project priority schedule and discuss results with related development partners and stakeholders
• Analyze customer demands and technical requirements
• Measure and evaluate technical, time and commercial risks in the project and define appropriate countermeasures
• Communicate the project status to management, stakeholders and customers, in a regular reporting structure

• University degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering or comparable.
• Experience in software development for embedded systems with V-cycle and ASPICE
• Experience in safety oriented software development process (ISO26262)
• Preferred experience as Software Project Manager
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking, good moderation & facilitation skills
• Advanced English & German
• Enjoy working in an international team
• Interested in Business Trips (optional)
