• Maintain a high level of availability of the applications
• Provide 2nd line technical support; resolve and/or assist in any production incidents in order to re-establish the service as quickly as possible
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve advanced issues when necessary
• Deploy releases into production environment
• Act, control and test technical/infrastructure operations on production (Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery tests)
• Relationships management with Infrastructure teams
• Develop and maintain toolset of the technical support team
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Fluent English speaker - an effective written and oral communicator
• Experience in direct communication / client site cooperation
• Team player attitude
• Good programming skills
• Good Knowledge in MS SQL Server (querying, profiling)
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET C#, Web services (WCF, ASP.NET Web API)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform is a plus
