• Colecteaza/ opereaza toate informatiile necesare in procesul de calcul salarial
• Verifica dosarele angajatilor noi, actele aditionale sau orice alta modificare a elementelor din contractul de munca survenite in cursul lunii
• Efectueaza procesul de calcul salarial
• Intocmeste diverse rapoarte necesare diverselor analize si departamente (comanda tichetelor de masa; raportul concediilor medicale; diverse rapoarte legate de salarizare, raportul orelor suplimentare, absenteism)
• Este implicata activ in procesul de calcul a revizuirii salariale si a acordarii de bonusuri, precum si a documentelor si rapoartelor ulterioare acestui proces
• Este responsabila de relatia cu angajatii expati in ceea ce priveste relatiile contractuale ale acestora.
• Absolvent studii superioare
• Experienta relevanta in calcul salarial obligatoriu
• Experienta in utilizarea unor aplicatii de pontaj si/sau salarizare (UCMS)
• Cunostinte avansate Microsoft Office
• Limbi straine: engleza – avansat
• Abilitatea de a prioritiza sarcini multiple
• Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare
