• Create measurement programmes for mechanical components (plastic covers, metal covers, PCBs) and roll-out these programmes
• Execute measurements on the Hexagon 3D-maschine and optical machine with PS-DMIS program
• Execute PPAP counter-measurements for plastic covers, metal covers, PCBs according to the drawing specifications
• Agree on the measurement method with the suppliers and engineering; if necessary, to adjust (modify) the measurement programme accordingly
• Create the documentation of agreed measurement method
• Contribute to the PPAP/ISIR approval
• Coordinate discussion with the suppliers and engineering regarding measurement results
• Degree in technical study, such as mechanical engineering, precision engineering, material engineering or similar
• Preferably experience with 3D measurements on the Hexagon machine, optical and tactile
• Knowledge of QM system and standards in automotive industry
• Knowledge of technical statistics, tolerance norms and measurement uncertainty
• IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP R/3
• Language skills
o English: very good
o Beneficial are additional skills in German
• Ability to work in team and very good communication skills
• Willingness for intercultural cooperation
