• Responsible for department’s processes and KPI follow up via specific IT tools
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of department’s instructions
• Follow-up and support BBM processes at Central Purchasing level
• SAP Key User for QM Module, Warehouse system, Material Management
• Data Security Partner (DSP) and Access Identity Management Partner (AIM) for the department
• Support for solving technical problems with 8D method
• Coordination of inter-disciplinary teams
• Maintenance of different applications (specific data bases)
• Degree in technical study, such as computer science, telecommunications or similar
• Preferably experience in applications maintenance and data bases programming languages (SQL, Oracle, Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro)
• Knowledge of QM system, Warehouse system, Material Management in SAP
• Knowledge of quality methods, such as 8D, FMEA and of technical statistics
• Language skills
• English: very good
• Beneficial are additional skills in German
• Ability to work in team and very good communication skills
• Willingness for intercultural cooperation
• Self-working, structured and analytic operation
