-Manages the networks (network requirements, servers, switches and specific equipment in general);
-Assures company data integrity by developing, implementing and maintaining back-up policies;
-Manages new versions of software applications, upgrades the systems, and monitors the use of applications on the workstations and servers;
-Plans and implements system security policy, to include firewalls, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts;
-Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems;
-Ensure trouble-free running of Endava production systems;
-Support Endava employees and customers in using the software and hardware equipments;
-Participate in hardware/software evaluation and purchasing.
-Good system administration skills (Windows servers and Linux servers), good hardware skills (maintenance and upgrades);
-Good networking skills, able to understand and enhance an existing topology;
-Knowledge of Win 2000/2003 Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2003, IIS, Windows XP Pro, Linux/UNIX Redhat;
-Responsible, dependable, well organized, quick learner, initiative;
-Good English, written and spoken.
