• Planning, coordination and preparation of appointments and external visits, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Support the administration of the Engineering Center Cluj, general office management
• Assistance and administrative tasks such as booking of seminars and trainings, ordering of equipment and office supplies, handling of invoices
• Travel management and calendar maintenance for the Leader of the Engineering Center Cluj
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Autonomous carrying out of specific Bosch-overlapping projects
• Education as secretary, organizational assistant or similar
• Excellent PC skills in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Fluent English and Romanian (spoken and written), German (nice to have)
• Good communication skills
• Confident and positive attitude, persuasive, resilient, committed
• Structured working style, independent and responsible way of working
• Team player but also ready to follow individual tasks
• Reliability (especially in dealing with confidential data)
• Several years of job experience
• Willingness to spend 1 to 2 months in Germany or Hungary for training purposes
• Experience as an assistance in a larger multinational company would be advantegous
