Developing effective induction programs and individual learning plans;
Organizing theoretical and practical tests, evaluating the training status of trained people;
Assist in developing agendas, materials, and assessments for training;
Continuous improvement in methodology at workplace.
University degree;
Minimum 2 years industry experience as a technical trainer;
Good technical understanding and overview;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Target, process and quality orientation;
Fluent in English;
Excellent PC skills in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
Willingness to travel within a training period
Advantages:
TWI, MTM trainer certificate or comparable;
